Fundraising Ideas

You may already have your own ideas about how you want to raise money for the Charity but we thought you might appreciate a few more…

Get Physical

These two hardy souls bravely undertook a North Sea swim in the freezing cold in March! ably assisted by two lovely canine supporters.
Two of the many fantastic supporters from The Bridgeman Physiotherapy Centre, Wigan who continually raise funds for our research projects.

Challenge yourself like some of our great supporters have done with a sponsored walk, marathon, half marathon, 5k, 10k run, trek, climb, skydive, abseil, swim, tough mudder course – whatever floats your boat , the choice is yours – and raise money for F O R M.E.

Get Slimmer & Fitter

Do you want to lose a few pounds or get a bit fitter this year?

Why not ask family and friends to sponsor you to reach your weight loss goal?   Boost your efforts by holding a sweepstake on how long it will take to reach your target weight or if you’re doing it over a set time period what your finishing weight will be by charging your friends and supporters £1 for each guess to win a prize.

Get Creative

Join the current ‘Bake-Off’ craze and hold a cake sale or invite your family and friends round for a coffee morning or afternoon tea and ask them to make a donation towards our work

Donations as a Gift

If you have a special occasion coming up like a birthday or anniversary why not ask friends and family to donate to your FORME fundraising page as a gift.

Commemorate a Loved One

Create a fundraising page in-memory of a relative or friend.   Collect donations for our charity in place of flowers raising money in remembrance.

Celebrate a loved one’s recovery from ME/CFS

Set up a fundraising page to celebrate the recovery of someone who has been helped by osteopathic ME treatment and help to give others the same opportunity.
